We offer low cost, low power but powerful, industrial single board computers (SBC) for use as instrument controllers and programmable automation controllers. Each contains a set of complementary features including real time operating system software, device drivers, user interfaces, and expandable I/O (input-output). A successful alternative to PLCs (programmable logic controllers) or to PC104, our customizable embedded computers — the QCard Controller, using the Motorola 68HC11 microcontroller and the PDQ Board, using a Freescale 9S12/68HCS12 microcontroller — are ideal for embedded applications, data acquisition, measurement, real time control, signal processing, and communications. Mosaic's single board computers and custom industrial controllers integrate ample memory and input/output capability with ready-to-use embedded control software, all on palm-size boards.

The QCard embeddable microcontroller programmed in the ANSI C language using a PC-resident compiler, and the PDQ Board uses GNU GCC C-language compiler.
