Introduction

digital I/O expansion module

This document describes how to use the Digital I/O Wildcard, providing an overview of the hardware and software and a schematic.

This tiny 2" by 2.5" module is a member of the Wildcard™ series that connects directly to Mosaic embedded controllers.

The Digital I/O Wildcard allows you to easily add up to 20 lines of digital I/O to your system. It can be used to expand the I/O of any of Mosaic’s controller products. The following sections guide you through the Digital I/O Wildcard’s hardware and software.
